Sprott Power Corp. ("SPC") is a Canadian company dedicated and committed to the development, ownership and operation of renewable energy projects. We intend to create a premier renewable energy company that will serve as a conduit for shareholders looking to invest in power generation assets. SPC will seek to generate low risk yield for shareholders by utilizing the best available wind, water and solar technologies. Our company will develop, own and operate the renewable energy generation facilities on behalf of its shareholders and in cooperation with the landowners and communities where the projects are located.

SPC is managed by Sprott Power Consulting LP, of which Sprott Consulting LP, a business unit of Sprott Inc. (TSX:SII), is the sole limited partner. Our location in Toronto, Canada, a global centre for resource investing, gives us exceptional exposure to development opportunities and a vast network of contacts and potential strategic partners.
