Jeff Jenner
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jenner has been in the energy industry for the past sixteen years in senior decision making roles. He has successfully founded and/or co-founded two renewable energy development companies in the past six years, one of which started in late 2003 and was sold for approximately $200 million less than four years later. Previous to his renewable energy experience, Mr. Jenner led the valuations and merger activity for an industry roll-up of thirty companies to form one company.
Mr. Jenner is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator. Mr. Jenner also holds an Honours Degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
Donald J. Bartlett
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bartlett has over twenty five years of experience in the energy industry including the past seven years in senior executive roles in the renewable energy sector. He has served in a number of engineering, construction and senior business development management positions in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Mr. Bartlett's experience includes project development and the successful management of all aspects of the development, construction, commissioning and operations of wind farms totaling 239 MW of operating wind projects.
Mr. Bartlett has been involved in various facets of over 800 MW of CCGT facilities in Canada and the United States. Mr. Bartlett holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Memorial University and is a professional engineer registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
Martin Lim
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lim has nineteen years of combined public practice and industry experience including accounting, business development, corporate financial and strategic planning, risk management and corporate tax. For the past twelve years, Mr. Lim has held various senior positions within the energy industry including a Top 30 FTSE 100 company and a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Lim has also co-led mergers and acquisitions for a privately held profitable deregulated retail energy company in the United States. Mr. Lim is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.
Hugh Campbell
Vice President, Technology and Procurement
Mr. Campbell has over thirty years experience in various engineering and management positions including the last eleven years in senior executive roles in renewable energy. Mr. Campbell's experience includes being General Manager of one of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturer's large independent North American technology company.
Mr. Campbell has been involved in various facets of 500 MW of the current operating wind energy projects in Canada, as well as wind projects in the US and Central America. Most notably he was directly involved in the turbine supply and engineering of wind energy projects in the turbine supply and wind energy projects throughout Canada. Mr. Campbell is a licensed engineering practitioner registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario and also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Lakehead University.
