Sprott Power Operational Assets
Sprott Power's operational assets, located in Nova Scotia and Ontario, consist of 72 wind turbines totaling 143 MW of nameplate capacity . All electricity outputs are subject to long-term Power Purchase Agreements ("PPAs") with Nova Scotia Power Inc. and with the Ontario Power Authority.
Sprott Power Near-Term Development Projects
Sprott Power owns several near-term wind development projects totaling approximately 59 MW. These projects have either entered into or have been awarded long-term PPAs with the Provincial Utilities of Québec, Ontario and Saskatchewan.
Sprott Power Advanced Stage Development Projects
Sprott Power has advanced stage development projects with a total nameplate capacity of approximately 350 MW. The advanced stage project portfolio consists of wind and hydroelectric assets in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.

Sprott Power will have a diversified pipeline of future long-term development projects across Canada, and is constantly searching for new renewable power generation opportunities.
